Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the leadership style, motivation for employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Maschil Success Makmur (New Vision).The data used in this study in the form of primary data collected from respondents' answers based on questionnaires given, ie as many as 113 people. Data processing method using path analysis method (Path Analysis) with the help of SPSS version 21.0. The statistical test used the significance test of individual parameters (t test) and simultaneous significance test (Test F).The results showed that simultaneously the variables, leadership style, motivation and job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance. Partially showed that analysis 1: the influence of leadership variable significantly influence the employee performance, while the 2: motivation variables significantly influence the employee performance and on the analysis 3: job satisfaction variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership style, Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

In this study, the influence of conflict management and risk management on work effectiveness in company activities in anticipating risk management in the daily operations of the company is summarized in a number of specific categories. The focus is on increasing employee productivity through improving work effectiveness. In this study used a multiple regression analysis method, in order to get perceptions going forward. The results obtained from multiple regression equations are Y = 20.781 + 0.659 X1 + 0.085 X2, Correlation (R) is 0.828, R Square is 0.686 while the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) from the output of regression statistics in this study is 0.674 , this explains that the contribution given to conflict management variables, and risk management to the effectiveness of the workforce is 67.4% while the remaining 32.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as organizational climate, commitment, compensation, and others.  Key words: conflict management, risk management, work effectiveness

Abstract

This study aims to analyze more deeply the effect of product quality (X1) and promotion(X2) on prices (Y) which has implications for purchasing decisions (Z)The sampling technique uses semantic deferential, with a total sample of 80 people, the dataanalysis technique used in this study is the path analysis method and using an analysis tool that isSPSS 23.The test results show that the product quality variable has a positive and significant effectdirectly on price. Promotion has a positive and significant effect directly on prices. Productquality has a positive but not significant effect directly on purchasing decisions. promotion has apositive and significant effect directly on purchasing decisions. Prices have a positive andsignificant effect directly on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a positive and significanteffect indirectly on purchasing decisions through price. And promotions have a significantpositive and indirect effect on the decision of purchasing through prices.Keywords: Product Quality, promotion, price, and purchasing decisions
