<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Beberapa kasus yang kita temukan dalam Olahraga adalah miskomunikasi sehingga menyebabkan adanya konflik di lapangan. Penerapan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik adalah salah satu kunci untuk menyelesaikan konflik tersebut, karena masih ada beberapa peristiwa yang dimana kurangnya pemahaman antara wasit dan pemain. Dalam penelitian tentang komunikasi antara wasit dan pemain, kami akan menggunakan beberapa cara untuk mengumpulkan informasi yang lengkap. Dengan berbagai metode ini, penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas tentang dinamika komunikasi yang terjadi di lapangan.Responden terbanyak ada pada mahasiswa dengan persentase terbanyak 55,6% , disusul dengan atlet 22,2%, dan dari pekerja kantoran 11,1%.Rekomendasi selanjutnya adalah memperkuat netralitas wasit, karena hal ini sangat mempengaruhi jalannya pertandingan.Terakhir, melakukan evaluasi terhadap keputusan yang diambil oleh wasit setelah pertandingan. diharapkan antara wasit dan pemain dapat semakin baik, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kualitas pertandingan dan mengurangi potensi konflik yang sering muncul akibat miskomunikasi di lapangan.
