Abstract

Dalam konteks Islam kehidupan yang dijalani oleh manusia selalu akan diperhadapkan dengan tuntutan untuk selalu berahlak yang baik. Bila sesorang dalam kehidupan berperilaku sesuai ajaran Islam maka ia dianggap berakhlak yang baik tapi bila seseorang dalam kehidupan menyimpang dari ajaran Islam maka ia dianggap berakhlak tidak baik. Disisi yang lain dalam kehidupan manusia secara umum dikenal istilah etika. Etika adalah suatu ilmu pengetahuan yang mengkaji sifat baik dan buruknya pada perilaku manusia berdasarkan pertimbangan pemikiran akal sesuai dengan sistem yang dianut pada suatu tatanan masyarakat tertentu. Artinya baik buruknya perilaku seseorang itu bergantung pada paham atau tatanan aturan yang berlaku pada lingkup masyarakat. Hal ini pula yang terjadi dalam kehidupan kehidupan moderen dimana ada dua tipikal pemikiran etika manusia dalam kehidupan yaitu satu sisi ada manusia yang menerapkan ukuram baik dan buruk perilaku dalam kehidupan bergantung pada hasil pola pikir, kebutuhan dan kesenangan hidup yang diinginkan sementara disisi yang lain ada kelompok manusia yang menerapkan ukuran baik dan buruknya perilaku manusia dalam kehidupan bergantung pada standar baik dan buruk ukuran ajaran agama Islam

Abstract

Parents are the first teachers for children in the order of family life. Parents have a big role and responsibility in efforts to instill Islamic education for children in the family environment so that children can grow physically and spiritually in life in accordance with the values ??of Islamic teachings. This research uses a library method by conducting an in-depth and systematic study of various relevant literature sources so that appropriate answers are obtained regarding the problems studied. Islamic education is all forms of educational activities to direct humanity to live in accordance with the values ??of Islamic teachings. The role and responsibility of parents to educate their children Islamically is to strive to develop the child both physically and spiritually from the time he is born until he reaches maturity with the values ??of Islamic teachings so that the child lives in accordance with the values ??of Islamic teachings. For this reason, parents have a role in cultivating children's personalities so that they can live a life in accordance with the values ??of Islamic teachings, where if the values ??of Islamic teachings are well instilled in children, the children will grow up with Islamic personalities in their lives.

Abstract

Professional teachers are teachers who are experts in their field, able to apply their knowledge, have a good attitude and are able to make students become qualified. This research uses a library method by conducting an in-depth and systematic study of various relevant literature sources so that appropriate answers are obtained regarding the problems studied. The existence of professional teachers in a school plays a very important role in developing the quality of students because professional teachers are able to carry out their duties optimally, are experts in the scientific field they are involved in, are able to manage learning methods well, are able to manage various learning media and are able to collaborate with various parties in an effort to create quality students. This condition can be realized because professional teachers have followed the educational process according to their professional field, continue to develop their scientific field, have a commitment to change, are able to see problems far into the future in responding to the challenges faced in managing educational activities and carry out teaching activities with a full sense of responsibility.
