Abstract

Kekerasan seksual di lingkungan perguruan tinggi merupakan permasalahan yang berdampak serius terhadap kesehatan mental, prestasi akademik, serta citra institusi. Meskipun Permendikbudristek No. 30 Tahun 2021 mewajibkan pembentukan Satgas Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan Seksual (PPKS), implementasi di Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya masih menghadapi sejumlah kendala, seperti rendahnya tingkat pelaporan, terbatasnya media informasi, dan belum tersedianya sarana komunikasi yang terintegrasi. Urgensi penelitian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan menghadirkan solusi digital yang efektif, aman, dan inklusif guna mendukung upaya pencegahan sekaligus penanganan kasus kekerasan seksual di lingkungan kampus. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem terintegrasi berbasis teknologi informasi yang menyediakan layanan edukasi, pelaporan online, pendampingan korban, serta dukungan koordinasi bagi Satgas PPKS. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan prototipe, validasi ahli, uji coba terbatas, revisi, uji lapangan, hingga finalisasi produk. Validasi melibatkan pakar teknologi informasi, psikologi, hukum, dan Satgas PPKS untuk memastikan kesesuaian fungsi, kepatuhan regulasi, serta keamanan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan aksesibilitas informasi, mempercepat proses pelaporan, serta memperkuat peran institusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan akademik yang aman, responsif, dan berkeadilan gender. Selain itu, platform ini berpotensi dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk mendukung integrasi dengan berbagai layanan digital institusi, sehingga secara keseluruhan dapat memperkuat ekosistem kampus yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has accelerated digital transformation across various sectors, including higher education, where laboratory management plays an essential role in supporting practical learning, research, and academic services. However, the management of laboratory facilities in many vocational institutions is still dominated by conventional procedures, resulting in fragmented information, manual documentation, and limited accessibility to essential laboratory resources. In the CNC Laboratory of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Sriwijaya State Polytechnic, several challenges were identified, including the absence of an integrated platform for accessing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manual machine usage recording through conventional logbooks, limited availability of machining parameter calculation tools, and separated access to practical jobsheets. These limitations reduce the efficiency of laboratory services and increase the risk of data recording errors and inconsistent operational practices. This study aimed to develop a Smart Scan-based Laboratory Management System to support the digitalization of CNC laboratory services by integrating multiple laboratory functions into a single web-based platform. The system was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, system development, testing, and implementation stages. The proposed system was built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GitHub Pages, and QR Code technology to provide easy access through smartphones without requiring additional software installation. The developed platform integrates several essential laboratory services, including digital SOPs, CNC Milling and Turning Calculators, machine usage request forms, and digital practical jobsheets within a unified Smart Laboratory environment. The implementation results demonstrate that the developed system successfully integrates various laboratory services into a single digital platform that operates effectively and improves accessibility to laboratory resources. The Smart Scan system simplifies machine usage documentation, supports paperless laboratory administration, enhances the efficiency of laboratory management, and provides students with faster access to operational information and practical learning materials
