Abstract

Land identity data management at the village level often faces obstacles in terms of access speed, document security, and data accuracy due to the conventional archiving system. This study aims to design and build a web-based Land Identity Information System (SIDENTAH) in Mangunarga Village, Cimanggung District, Sumedang Regency. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which was chosen because of its ability to accelerate the development cycle through the stages of requirements planning, user design, construction, and cutover. The use of RAD allows the active involvement of village officials in the prototyping process so that the resulting system is in accordance with operational needs in the field. The results of the study indicate that SIDENTAH is able to integrate land data into a centralized digital database, simplify the process of searching for land information, and minimize the risk of losing physical documents. Based on User Acceptance Testing by village government employees, the system is stated to function very well  worthy of implementation to improve the efficiency of land administration in Mangunarga Village.

Abstract

UMKM Balikaputra di Kota Bekasi bergerak di bidang distribusi kebutuhan rumah tangga seperti air isi ulang, gas LPG, dan air mineral. Kendala utama dalam operasionalnya adalah pencatatan transaksi manual dan ketiadaan sistem prediksi penjualan, yang berdampak pada perencanaan stok dan efisiensi usaha. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web dengan pencatatan transaksi real-time dan prediksi penjualan menggunakan metode Trend Moment. Sistem dirancang dengan pendekatan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan dibangun menggunakan React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MySQL, dan Tailwind CSS. Sistem memiliki dua jenis pengguna: admin dan pelanggan, serta menyediakan fitur laporan pesanan dan prediksi yang dapat diekspor dalam format PDF dan Excel. Pengujian data Januari–Mei 2025 menunjukkan hasil prediksi penjualan Air RO untuk Juni 2025 sebesar 715 unit, dengan hasil evaluasi Mean Squared Error (MSE) sebesar 218,48 dan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 1,71%. Uji User Acceptance Testing (UAT) menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data aktual.
