Health is a crucial aspect of life as it serves as the foundation for daily activities. However, many people ignore health due to various factors, one of which is lack of education. Along with the development of technology, health education can now be accessed through social media that presents information in various interesting forms. This study aims to determine the health education strategy in the Instagram account content scene @dolewak with a qualitative approach, Tzvetan Todorov's Narrative Analysis method where there are three stages, namely initial balance, disturbance and new balance, and using the Four Pillars of Social Media Strategy theory from Safko and Brake, which consists of communication, collaboration, education, and entertainment. The results of the study show that the content of the @Dolewak account consistently builds a narrative flow that attracts attention through health disorders or problems, then provides informative but easy-to-understand solutions, accompanied by entertaining visuals. This strategy has proven successful in conveying educational messages to followers in a light and interesting way, structured narratives and integrated social media strategies play an important role in strengthening the function of health education on digital platforms, as evidenced by the enthusiasm of followers in the comments column, so that engagement is created between the account and followers and is expected to make changes to a healthy lifestyle for followers.
