Abstract

Curriculum changes in Indonesia have been an ongoing phenomenon since independence. From the 1994 curriculum to the Merdeka curriculum, each change aims to improve the quality of education and meet the evolving needs of society. However, curriculum changes also pose challenges for teachers, students, and parents. This article analyzes the influence of curriculum development and changes in Indonesia, as well as their impact on the education system and society. This literature study identifies patterns and trends in curriculum development and change, and provides recommendations for improving the quality of the curriculum in Indonesia. The results show that curriculum changes can improve the quality of education, but also require adjustments and adaptations from all parties involved. Therefore, it is essential to understand the influence of curriculum changes and develop strategies to improve the quality of the curriculum in Indonesia. Thus, it is expected to improve the quality of education and meet the evolving needs of society. Curriculum changes must be accompanied by improvements in teacher quality, infrastructure, and other resources to achieve better educational goals. In addition, there needs to be cooperation between the government, schools, and the community to improve the quality of the curriculum and achieve national education goals.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has driven significant transformations in learning practices, including in Islamic educational institutions that have distinctive values and cultural characteristics. This study aims to examine the concept of educational technology utilization, analyze the quality of learning in Islamic educational institutions, and examine the effectiveness of educational technology in improving the quality of learning while remaining based on Islamic educational principles. The research method used is library research with a descriptive qualitative approach through analysis of books, national and international scientific journal articles, and other relevant documents. The results of the study show that the use of educational technology, which includes aspects of learning design, utilization, management, and assessment, can improve the effectiveness of learning, learning motivation, cognitive involvement of students, and the quality of academic services. However, its implementation still faces various challenges, such as infrastructure limitations, low technological competence of educators, resistance to change, and lack of managerial support. The novelty of this research lies in the analysis of the use of educational technology as a strategy to improve the quality of learning that is integrated with Islamic values and relevant to the perspective of educational psychology, particularly in the aspects of motivation, learning interaction, and learning experience.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of resilience and student personality management in increasing productivity at the Salafy Miftahus Sholawat Islamic Boarding School. The dense activities of the Islamic boarding school, high discipline, and academic and spiritual demands require students to have good resilience and personality management skills. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that student resilience is reflected in the ability to face the pressures of Islamic boarding school activities, adapt to routines, and maintain emotional stability through social support and religious activities. Student personality management is evident in discipline in managing time, carrying out routines, and responsibility for daily tasks, which in turn has an impact on increasing productivity, both in learning activities and participation in the Islamic boarding school. The conclusion of the study confirms that student productivity is the result of the integration of resilience, personality management, and a conducive Islamic boarding school environment. The implications of this study demonstrate the importance of character strengthening strategies based on Islamic values ​​in improving the quality of self-management and student productivity.
