Abstract

Genomic prediction (GP) has emerged as a transformative methodology in biological, health and agricultural sciences, leveraging genome-wide molecular markers to predict complex traits with increasing accuracy. This bibliometric study aims to analyse the development, collaboration patterns, and thematic trends in GP research in plants between 2015 and 2025. A total of 205 open-access research articles were retrieved from the Scopus database using the PRISMA approach and analysed with the R-based Biblioshiny software. The results show a marked increase in publication output since 2018, peaking in 2024, with an annual growth rate of 14.9%. International collaboration is also substantial, with 41.46% of publications involving authors from different countries. The most prolific authors, including Crossa J, Montesinos-López A, and Montesinos-López OA, demonstrate strong collaborative synergies. Leading journals such as Frontiers in Plant Science and The Plant Genome indicate that the field remains strongly rooted in plant genomics and breeding applications. Keyword co-occurrence analysis identified three major thematic clusters: plant breeding and machine learning, AI-based genomics, and statistical prediction systems. Overall, the findings suggest that GP research has evolved into a mature and highly collaborative interdisciplinary field, with a clear shift from conventional statistical approaches toward machine learning and deep learning-driven methodologies. This study provides a systematic map of the intellectual landscape and highlights promising directions for future research in data-driven plant breeding.

Abstract

Merokok pada remaja mebahayakan bagi kesehatannya, bahaya merokok bagi kesehatan jasmani, karena rokok bersifat berbahaya dan adiktif yang dapat menimbulkan ketergantungan. Rokok berbahan kimia berbahaya salah satunya zat karsogenik yang dapat menimbulkan kanker. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Teman Sebaya Tentang Bahaya Rokok Dengan Perilaku Merokok Pada Remaja Putra Di SMK N 37 Pasar Minggu. Desain penelitian ini analtik korelasional dengan desain penelitian cross- sectional dengan populasi seluruh remaja putra di SMK N 37 Pasar Minggu, Besar sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 90 siswa, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 50 siswa dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proposional randaom sampling. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan dan teman sebaya,sedangkan dependennya adalah perilaku merokok pada remaja menggunakan editing, cooding, scoring, tabulating dengan analisis menggunakan uji spearment rank teststatistik dengan p-value <a (0,885). Hasil penelitian variabel pengetahuan tentang rokok bahwa hampir seluruh responden berpengatahuan baik sebanya 80 siswa ( 80,2%), Pengetahuan buruk sebanyak 10 siswa (9,8%). Variabel teman sebaya mendukung sebanyak 65 siswa (71,5%), teman sebaya cukup mendukung sebanyak 25 siswa (18,5%) dan tidak seorang teman sebaya yang kurang mendukung dan tidak mendukung 0%. Variabel perilaku didapatkan sebagian besar 90 siswa (100%) perilaku positif, dan tiddak seorang pun perilaku merokok negatif (0%). Hasil uji kolerasi statistik didapatkan nilai p=0,648<a=0,885, oleh karena p<a maka H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, ada hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap teman sebaya tentang bahaya rokok dengan perilaku merokok pada remaja putra di SMK N 37 Pasar Minggu.

Abstract

Gadgets are a real form of the development of science and technology (Science and Technology) in the present and future. Of course, with the development of Science and Technology, this greatly influences human life patterns both in terms of thought patterns and behavior. Nowadays, not only adults, children can also use gadgets in everyday life and also enjoy using them, but this can lead to gadget addiction, mental, emotional and negative behavioral disorders. Research objective: to determine the relationship between the role of parents, use of gadgets, growth and development with the social behavior of children aged 6-12 years in Pabuaran Village rt05/rw13 Cibinong, Bogor, 2023. Method: The type of research used in this research is quantitative research , namely with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was 80 respondents aged 6-12 years at Rt 05/Rw 13 Pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor. The sampling technique used total sampling with a total of 60 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out in the form of a frequency distribution and used the Chi Square test. Research results: There is a relationship between the role of parents and social behavior at Rt 05/Rw 13 Pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor in 2023, with a p-value of 0.005 with an OR value of 0.231. There is a relationship between gadget use and social behavior at Rt 05/Rw 13 Pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor in 2023, with a p-value of 0.006 with an OR value of 5.000. There is a relationship between growth and development and social behavior at Rt 05/Rw 13 Pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor in 2023, with a p-value of 0.003 with an OR value of 0.184. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the role of parents, use of gadgets, growth and development and the social behavior of children aged 6-12 years in Rt05/Rw13 pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor in 2023.
