<![CDATA[ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : World Health Organization (WHO) melaporkan bahwa sebanyak 25% AKI terjadi akibat masalah masa post partum. Faktor langsung penyebab tingginya AKI adalah perdarahan post partum (45%), post partum adalah masa nifas yang dimulai sejak bayi lahir dan plasenta bayi dilahirkan sehingga keadaan kandungan kembali seperti saat sebelum hamil yang berlangsung selama enam minggu. Perdarahan post partum dikarenakan terbukanya pembuluh darah pada rahim ketika hamil dampak terjadinya luka perineum dapat menyebabkan terjadinya infeksi, penatalaksaan secara non farmakologis yang dapat di berikan untuk mempercepat penyembuhan luka perineum adalah menggunakan rebusan air daun binahong. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui penerapan pemberian rebusan air daun binahong untuk mempercepat penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibupost partum. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literature review yang menggunakan sumber literature yang berbentuk buku, artikel ilmiah, khususnya yang telah terpublikasi. Dengan menggunakan pencarian melalui data base Google Scholar dari tahun 2015-2020. Hasil Penelitian : Menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penerapan pemberian rebusan air daun binahong untuk mempercepat penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu post partum. Method : This study uses a literature review study that uses literature sources in the form of books, scientific articles, especially those that have been published. By using a search through the Google Scholar database from 2015-2020. Research result : Shows that there is a significant effect on the application of giving binahong leaf water boiled to accelerate the healing of perineal wounds in post partum mothers.
