<![CDATA[ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Perawatan Tali Pusat adalah tindakan perawatan yang bertujuan untuk merawat tali pusat pada bayi baru lahir agar tetap kering dan mencegah terjadinya infeksi. Perawatan tali pusat sangat penting diketahui oleh ibu terutama oleh ibu melahirkan (post partum) agar ibu dapat memberikan perawatan yang maksimal pada bayi sehingga bayi dapat tumbuh dengan baik dan sehat, tidak terinfeksi melalui tali pusatnya. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi dan mempercepat putusnya tali pusat Metode : metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah study literature review (SLR) dengan menggunakan sumber literature yang berbentuk buku, artikel ilmiah, khususnya yang terpublikasi. Dengan melakukan pencarian melalui database google scholar, Microsoft academy, dan world wide journals dari tahun 2016-2020. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan lama waktu pelepasan tali pusat setelah diberikan intervensi perawatan tali pusat dengan metode tertutup dan terbuka. Kesimpulan : Tali pusat terbuka sangat efektif mempercepat pelepasan tali pusat pada bayi baru lahir.Kata Kunci : Bayi Baru Lahir, Perawatan Tali Pusat Terbuka, Mempercepat Perawatan Tali Pusat.ABSTRACTBackground : Umbilical cord care is a treatment procedure that aims to treat the umbilical cord in newborns to keep it dry and prevent infection.
