Abstract

Professional development at SDIT Robbani is a form of improving the quality of human resources and aims to improve work effectiveness by improving the knowledge, skills and attitudes of employees towards their duties. Activities that support professional development include training, seminars, workshops and so on. This study aims to describe the needs analysis, program design, development process, implementation process, and process of evaluating teacher professional development programs. The author uses a qualitative research approach with a type of qualitative descriptive research, namely research that describes or describes the state or status of phenomena, collecting data using observation and interview techniques conducted with school principals, vice principals in curriculum areas, and teachers. The results of this study are to analyze the needs for teacher professional development by diagnosing it first, in the design of the teacher development program, based on all the descriptions regarding needs analysis, of course the principal has goals to achieve in teacher professional development, Developing a teacher professional development program, namely in the form of training, workshops, Islamic coaching, and so on. Implementation of the Teacher Professional Development Program has external and internal programs, in the evaluation stage through teacher report cards that support teacher performance.
