Abstract

One of the policies of the Malang City Livestock and Fisheries Service is to promote livestock production businesses and develop an information system about the distribution of livestock populations in each sub-district of Malang City in an integrated and comprehensive manner for the community. This WEBGIS-based livestock distribution information system in each region was created to support the policies of the Malang City Livestock and Fisheries Department and make it easier for people who want to know the development of the livestock population in Malang City and see which areas have the potential for dairy cattle, goat and buflalo production. existing in a particular area. The implementation of the information system developed through WEBGIS is capable of presenting information in the form of graphs and tables per type of livestock, per sub-district and per year. Presents a map of the distribution of livestock populations with color degradation, as well as presenting the location of livestock distribution points per district. Based on this, the stock of livestock in each region can be known so that the Malang Regency Livestock and Fisheries Service can estimate the level of livestock production in order to meet the community's need for meat.

Abstract

According to WHO (2006) Health workers contribute up to 80% in Health Development. Determining the development of Health human resources (SDMK) as one of the priorities because Indonesia is still facing manpower problems, both in terms of number, type, quality and distribution. The HRK ratio per 100,000 population has not yet met the target set (WHO, 2011). This research aims to determine the picture of the HRK situation in Malang City, East Java from 2019 to 2021. The results of the research show that the number of HRK is as follows: the number of doctors is 5,121, midwives are 2,301, nurses are 9,761, public health workers are 112, environmental health workers are 165, There are 1,527 pharmaceutical workers, 496 nutrition workers and 687 medical laboratory technology experts. In conclusion, the highest number of human resources in Malang City, East Java in 2019-2021 are doctors and nurses. Equal distribution of human resources has not yet occurred, health human resources are more abundant in big cities while they tend to be fewer in other cities. The HRK ratio in 2019-2021 is still below the Minister of Health's Decree target even though there are several types of HRK that are close to the target. It is hoped that the relevant agencies can optimize efforts to equalize health human resources (SDMK) in districts/cities so that their distribution can be even, which is expected to improve health services for the community.

Abstract

Water is one of the building blocks of the human body. With a percentage of around 70% in the human body, water is important for survival. Humans use water in everyday life for various purposes such as washing, cooking, drinking water, bathing and others. The water usually used is ground water. However, not all groundwater houses have good quality for drinking or cooking water. Knowing this problem, the central government, through regional governments, established regional drinking water companies (PDAM) in each region to provide drinking water that is clean, healthy and meets health requirements for the community, which is also a form of service provided by the government to the community. This PDAM is considered not to have reached all regions so a system is needed that is able to provide data quickly. The rapid development of information technology in the current era of globalization provides many benefits in progress, one of which is geographic information. The Quantum GIS application can be used to create, edit, visualize, analyze, and process geospatial information. Quantum GIS can visualize spatial data and non-spatial data involved in this research. The aims and objectives of this research are to design and build a program that makes it easier for various parties such as the community and government to facilitate data management by utilizing geographic information systems in mapping regional drinking water company (PDAM) customers.
