Abstract

PT. Linknet, Tbk or better known as PT. First Media, Tbk is a company operating in the Internet & Cable TV sector which is headquartered in Jakarta. PT. Linknet has fast, cheap and unlimited internet package services as well as the best HD quality subscription Cable TV options in Indonesia. PT. Linknet, Tbk offers internet services based on hybrid fiber - coaxial or fiber to home which currently has reached 3.12 million homes and has a number of customers/subscribers of approximately 757,000 customers. However, unfortunately, there are many customer complaints regarding the progress status service for installing their internet network, which results in customer dissatisfaction with the company's services. The aim of this research is to overcome existing problems, PT. Linknet, Tbk needs to implement a monitoring/tracking information system for the progress of internet network installation at PT. Linknet, Tbk. The benefit of this research is to make it easier for customers to get information about the progress of installing their internet network to increase customer satisfaction with internet network installation services at PT. Linknet, Tbk. The results of this research are in the form of a website design to track the progress status of internet network installation at PT. Linknet, Tbk whose current status has been tested at PT. Linknet, Tbk.

Abstract

Abstract - PT Kawat Lancar Sejahtera Murni has implemented the use of technology to support the storage system of goods in the warehouse, but PT Kawat Lancar Sejahtera Murni has never conducted an persediaan information technology audit to determine whether the system is effective and efficient. PT Kawat Lancar Sejahtera Murni does not have maximum IT control causing losses to the company including loss of goods, inaccuracy due to errors in data processing, so that data integrity is in doubt. Therefore, the analysis and design of the information system audit using the Cobit 5 framework to formulate IT performance and process maturity levels is the basis for making research. The subdomains selected in this study are EDM01, EDM02, EDM03, EDM04, EDM 05, DSS01, DSS03 and DSS04. Based on the calculation results of the EDM01 subdomain 1.01, the EDM02 subdomain has a distance of 0.30, the EDM03 subdomain has a distance of 0.83, the EDM04 subdomain has a distance of 0.33, the EDM05 subdomain has a distance of 0.83, the DSS01 subdomain has a distance of 0.70, the DSS03 subdomain has a distance of 0.63 and in the DSS04 subdomain there is a distance of 0.60. Based on the results of the analysis, several suggestions can be submitted, namely PT Kawat Lancar Sejahtera is advised to consider and implement the recommendations that have been put forward in each subdomain in this study.

Abstract

Learning technology provides new opportunities to improve the effectiveness of learning, especially in early childhood Islamic religious education. In practice, the Al-Bayyinah Foundation still faces limitations in interactive learning media that are able to attract children's interest in the process of learning religious materials, including memorizing ablution and prayer recitations, so that learning still tends to be carried out conventionally. This study aims to create an innovation, namely designing and developing interactive learning media as a supporting medium for memorizing ablution and prayer recitations for children. The research methods used include the design stage, application development, and testing system functionality. The results of the study are in the form of the SARAMA application for interactive learning equipped with features for memorizing ablution materials, memorizing prayers, quizzes, as well as interesting visual and audio elements.
