Abstract

This study aims to assess the readiness of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to adopt Human Resource (HR) Analytics, focusing on barriers, enablers, and the resulting strategic impact. Using a literature review method, this study examines various academic sources, industry reports, and practical publications to identify common patterns and key findings related to the implementation of HR Analytics in the SME sector. The study results indicate that the main barriers include limited technological resources, low data literacy, and resistance to organizational culture change. Conversely, enabling factors include visionary leadership, the availability of analytics training, and government policy support. The literature findings also indicate that effective implementation of HR Analytics can have strategic impacts in the form of improved data-driven decision-making, optimized employee performance, and strengthened long-term competitiveness. This study provides practical implications for SME owners and policymakers to develop more structured and sustainable HR Analytics readiness strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure in shaping and strengthening investor trust across countries. Increasing investor attention to non-financial aspects encourages companies to disclose CSR information as part of their corporate transparency and accountability strategies. However, differences in institutional characteristics, levels of regulation, culture, and financial market development across countries lead to variations in the quality and impact of CSR disclosure on investor perceptions. This study uses a literature review method, examining scientific articles, international reports, and reputable academic publications that discuss the relationship between CSR disclosure and investor trust across developed and developing countries. The results indicate that comprehensive, credible, and consistent CSR disclosure tends to increase investor trust by reducing information asymmetry and risk perceptions, particularly in markets with strong levels of transparency and regulatory enforcement. However, the effectiveness of CSR disclosure is strongly influenced by each country's institutional context, including reporting standards, governance mechanisms, and investors' ESG literacy levels. This study provides a conceptual contribution by summarizing cross-country findings regarding the strategic role of CSR disclosure in building investor trust and its implications for companies, regulators, and global stakeholders.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how a human-centered HRM approach can be a strategy for balancing the benefits of AI automation with improved employee experience in the modern workplace. The study employed a literature review method, examining various scientific articles, books, proceedings, and research reports published in reputable databases on the implementation of AI in HRM. Data were analyzed through a process of identification, selection, synthesis, and interpretation of findings to gain a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities, challenges, and strategies for implementing human-centered AI. The study's results indicate that AI can optimize HRM process efficiency through the automation of administrative tasks, predictive analytics, and personalized employee development. However, the effectiveness of AI implementation depends heavily on the integration of human-centered values, such as algorithm transparency, data privacy protection, bias reduction, strengthening leadership roles, and active employee engagement in the digital transformation process. This approach enables organizations not only to improve operational performance but also to strengthen employee well-being, trust, job satisfaction, and positive employee experiences. Therefore, the success of HRM in the AI era is determined not only by technological sophistication but also by the organization's ability to place humans at the center of every digital innovation.
