Abstract

Education inequality is a major challenge that hinders socio-economic development and justice in many parts of the world. This article explores effective strategies for addressing educational disparities with a comprehensive and sustainable approach. By increasing the capacity and distribution of teachers, adjusting the curriculum to be more inclusive and relevant, as well as a strong monitoring and evaluation system, a more just and equitable educational environment can be created. Continuous training of teachers as well as providing adequate incentives play an important role in ensuring access to quality education for all children, regardless of their socio-economic background. Curricula tailored to local needs increase student engagement and the relevance of education to their communities. Additionally, continuous monitoring and evaluation is a critical tool for assessing policy effectiveness and enabling continuous adjustments based on field conditions. This article emphasizes the importance of collaboration between government, stakeholders and society to create a more equitable education system. With a holistic approach applied consistently, it is hoped that educational gaps can be minimized, creating greater opportunities for every child to reach their full potential.

Abstract

This literature research examines the role of teachers in building the character of the younger generation in the era of globalization. The main focus of this study is to explore various strategies and methods of character education that can be implied by teachers in the learning process. Apart from that, this research also aims to assess the effectiveness of various character learning approaches adopted in various parts of the world. The method used is literature analysis, where data and information are collected from various sources such as academic journals, textbooks and relevant online articles. From this analysis, it was found that teachers play an important role in forming moral values, integrity, cooperation, social awareness, and interpersonal skills, all of which are essential in developing student character. This research identified several effective techniques used by educators, including project-based learning, interactive class discussions, and implementing a fair reward and punishment system. Apart from that, the integration of character values in all aspects of the curriculum and extracurricular activities is also emphasized as an important aspect of character education. In conclusion, teachers act as facilitators and role models in forming the character of the younger generation. This research recommends that educational institutions strengthen professional development programs for teachers, so that they are equipped with relevant skills, knowledge and methods to effectively support student character formation. Further research is recommended to examine the long-term impact of these approaches on student behavior and academic success.

Abstract

This literature research aims to identify and analyze effective strategies in teaching character education in the 2013 Curriculum. Character education is a fundamental element that aims to form students who are not only academically intelligent, but also have strong character. Various relevant literature was reviewed to reveal the best approach in implementing character education in a formal education environment. The results of the study show that effective strategies include the integration of character values into all subjects, the use of interactive learning methods, and the important role of teachers as role models. Apart from that, a supportive learning environment, involvement of parents and the community, use of technology, as well as holistic and diverse evaluation methods are also crucial aspects. Applying these strategies consistently and collaboratively can increase the effectiveness of character education teaching, in line with the objectives of the 2013 Curriculum to form a young generation who are competent and have good character.
