Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara tingkat burnout ditinjau dari kepribadian pada guru inklusi di sekolah dasar inklusi surabaya. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu terdapat perbedaan burnout ditinjau dari kepribadian pada guru inklusi. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 70 guru anak berkebutuhan khusus usia 20-60 tahun yang bertempat di kota Surabaya. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala Likert dan skala Test kepribadian yaitu DISC. Teknik anasilis data menggunakan Anova untuk menguji perbedaan burnout ditinjau dari  kepribadian pada guru inklusi. Analisis uji penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS, hasil uji daya beda menunjukkan angka signifikansi sebesar 0,619. Angka signifikansi tersebut lebih dari batas minimal nilai signifikansi yaitu sebesar 0,05 yang dapat diartikan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan antara tingkat burnout ditinjau dari Kepribadian pada guru inklusi di Sekolah Dasar Inklusi surabaya.Kata Kunci : Burnout, Kepribadian,  DISCABSTRACTThis study aims to examine differences in burnout in terms of  Personality at inclution teacher on the inclution of elementry school in city of Surabaya. The hypothesis can be allowed on this research is the different of level burnout viewed from the type of  personality at inclusion teacher on the inclusion of elementary school in Surabaya. The sample of this research use  jenuh sampling and snowball sampling where the total sample was 70 teacher which the age between 20-60 years old in Surabaya city. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale model questionnaire and test scale for the personality that is used DISC. The data analysis technique used anova to test for differences in burnout in terms of  personality. The analysis of the reseacrh test was carried out using the help of SPSS, the results of the difference power test showed a significance value of 0.619. This significance figure is more than the minimum limit of the significance value of 0.05, which means that there no difference between the level of difference in burnout in terms of Personality in inclution teacher in inclution teacher in the city of Surabaya Keywords: Burnout, Personality, DISC

Abstract

This study aims to describe the quality of life of post-divorce single-parent early adult women in Sawaran Kulon Village, Lumajang Regency. The approach used was qualitative with phenomenological methods. The study subjects consisted of three early adult women who had experienced divorce and were navigating the role of single parents. Data collection techniques were in-depth interviews, non-participatory observation, and documentation. The results indicated that post-divorce, the subjects experienced significant changes in physical, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects. They faced challenges related to economy, childcare, social stigma, feelings of loneliness and emotional exhaustion. However, the subjects also demonstrated adaptive efforts in rebuilding their lives, such as participating in training, strengthening relationships with their children, and increasing independence. Support from their immediate family and friends was a crucial factor in the recovery process. This study emphasizes the important role of the social environment, emotional support, and internal strengths in shaping a better quality of life for post-divorce single-parent women.
