Abstract

Interest in saving is a desire that comes from the customer to use bank products/services or save money at the bank. Growing interest in saving is influenced by location and service factors. In this research, quantitative research methods were used with research instruments in the form of questionnaires or questionnaires with a research sample of 50 respondents, in this case limited to district customers. Pasaman, subdistrict. Rao, the sampling technique used in the research was saturated samples, and the type of data used was primary data. The population and sample used in this research are some BSI customers. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with a significance level of 5%. The research results show that partially (t test) the Location variable (X1) has no effect on interest in saving at BSI KCP.Lubuk Suhuing with a sig-t value of 0.930 > 0.05. People have an interest in making transactions at BSI, but several things make customers less interested in making transactions at the bank, such as the influence of location, where the bank location is quite far from where people live because the remote location requires transportation and takes quite a long time. With the conclusion that the more strategic the location chosen to be a bank office, the more interest in saving will increase. The service variable (X2) has no effect on interest in saving with a sig-t value of 0.887 > 0.05. The service at BSI has provided good service, but due to the lack of HR services, customers feel lazy about making transactions at BSI. With the conclusion that the better customer service, the interest in saving will increase. Simultaneously, the f test shows that the variables Location (X1) and Service (X2), each simultaneously have no effect on interest in saving. This is proven by sig-f 0.988 > 0.05. With the conclusion that the more strategic the location and the better the service, the interest in saving will also increase

Abstract

The aim of this research is to measure and analyze how much influence Poverty and Income Inequality have on inclusive economic growth. This research uses a quantitative type of research using observation and literature review data collection techniques. The Classical Assumption Test uses the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test and autocorrelation test. Next, use the Multiple Linear Regression Test, Determinant Coefficient Test (R^2), Hypothesis Test using the T Test (Partial) and F Test (Simultaneous). The results of data analysis carried out using EVIEWS version 13 software, the results of data analysis obtained from the t test show t count -14.16574 < t table 2.009575 with a probability value of 0.0000 which means it is smaller than 0.05 H_0 is accepted and H_1 rejected, which means that the Poverty variable (X1) partially has a significant influence on inclusive economic growth (Y). In the Income Inequality variable (X2), the calculated t value is -9.377378 with a probability value of 0.0000 which means it is smaller than 0.05, H_(0) is accepted. H_2 is not accepted which means that the Income Inequality variable (X2) partially has a significant influence. towards inclusive economic growth (Y). Judging from the f test, the calculated f value is 0.0000, which means it is smaller than 0.05. H_0 is accepted. H_1 is not accepted. This means that the variables Poverty (X1) and Income Inequality (X2) together have a significant effect on inclusive economic growth (Y). From the results, the determinant coefficient (R^2) is 0.931258. This shows that 93.1% of the Poverty and Income Inequality variables influence inclusive economic growth and 6.67% is explained by other factors.

Abstract

Dampak pajak hotel dan restoran inilah yang mendorong dilakukannya penelitian ini. Individu dan badan sama-sama wajib membayar pajak, yang mengikat secara hukum dan tunduk pada penegakan hukum. Dampaknya tidak langsung terlihat, namun negara memanfaatkannya dengan baik bagi warganya. Pemerintah negara bagian mengandalkan pendapatan pajak untuk mendanai berbagai program dan layanan yang berkontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan umum warganya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dampak pajak hotel terhadap PAD (Pendapatan Asli Daerah) Kota Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif dan induktif untuk menganalisis data. Penelitian menghasilkan persamaan regresi linear berganda berikut ini: Y=29565, 452 + 0,019 X1 - 0,91X2. Pada α=0,05 uji hipotesis secara simultan menghasilkan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 003 atau Nilai Fhitung sebesar 3,464 mempunyai nilai yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai Ftabel sebesar 2,96. Nilai gabungan R-squared sebesar 0,633 menunjukkan reliabilitas sebesar 63,3%. Pajak yang dipungut oleh hotel dan restoran menyumbang 63,3% dari keseluruhan pendapatan yang dihasilkan di wilayah tersebut, sedangkan sumber lain yang belum diteliti menyumbang 36,7 persen sisanya.

Abstract

The use of internet media among students studying Sharia Banking at the Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi State Islamic University has grown rapidly. However, the perception of students as bank customers is still lacking due to their limited knowledge regarding how to use m-banking and the lack of quality of service provided to customers. This research aims to determine the influence of customer perceptions and service quality on customer satisfaction in using m-banking. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection through observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and determinant test. The results show that there is a significant influence of customer perception and service quality on customer satisfaction, with a strong correlation and a large contribution.

Abstract

Several types of financing products at Bank Riau Kepri Syariah KCP Lipatkain, one of which is financing for the oil palm replanting program. To improve customer decisions in financing the oil palm replanting program at Bank Riau Kepri Syariah KCP Lipatkain, there is a need for product marketing, prices and promotions. This research aims to determine and analyze: (1) The influence of products on customer decisions (2) The influence of price on customer decisions (3) The influence of promotions on customer decisions (4) The influence of products, prices and promotions on customer decisions simultaneously. This research is field research using descriptive quantitative methods. The sample in this study was 58 customers who were used as respondents, the collection method was based on the Non Probability Sampling method or saturated sampling where the entire population was selected as a sample, namely 58 customers of Bank Riau Kepri Syariah KCP Lipatkain for the 2023 oil palm replanting program. The data collection technique used questionnaires and observations. The data analysis techniques used in this research were research instrument tests (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption tests (autocorrelation test, normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression test, R2 determinant coefficient test, and hypothesis testing (T test) and (F test). Based on the results obtained in this research, the product variable obtained results with a significant value greater than alpha 0.05% (0.348 ≥ 0.05), the price variable obtained results with a significant value smaller than alpha 0.05% (0.000 ≤ 0.05), the promotion variable obtained results with a significant value greater than alpha 0.05% (0.721 ≥ 0.05). Based on the results of research tests using multiple linear analysis techniques, it can be stated simultaneously or together that there is a positive and significant influence with a significant F value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. The determinant coefficient (R2) value is 0.377 or 37.7%, which means that simultaneously there is a contribution from the independent variable to the dependent variable of 0.377 or 37.7% and the remaining 62.3% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research, namely variables location, services, procedures and facilities.

Abstract

This research was inspired by the extensive use of the LinkAja Syariah application by students enrolled in sharia banking courses at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukitinggi. This research seeks to determine and analyze the relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction using the LinkAja Syariah digital wallet. It is part of the Islamic banking program at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukitinggi. A quantitative technique is used in this investigation. One hundred and ten persons were surveyed for this study. At the same time, the data analysis method employs determinant coefficient (R2), simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test) to examine the relationship between dependent and independent variables. Research out of UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi's sharia banking course reveals that the quality of the product significantly impacts customer satisfaction with the LinkAja Syariah digital wallet.

Abstract

This inquiry was prompted that there were still people in Rengat who do not know about QRIS as a non-cash payment style and some who already know about QRIS as a non-cash payment style but have not used it because it is more convenient to use cash than non-cash money. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of adopting QRIS as a non-cash payment style among the people of Rengat (millennial generation) and how much effectiveness of using QRIS as a non-cash payment style is among the people of Rengat (millennial generation). This form of examination employs quantitative research with a descriptive method, this inquiry was done in the Rengat community. The population in this study was the young adult in the Rengat community 20 to 40 years totaling 17,450 people. The sample was drawn from non-probability samples, and there were 99 people in all. The evidence gathering technique employed in this study was a poll. The data analysis method used in this investigation is descriptive effectiveness analysis, which is carried out while performing calculations exactly in accordance with the formula by accumulating the total points of the respondent's response results received in portions while accumulating the ideal score and then multiplying by 100%. Furthermore, the score obtained will be converted through the effectiveness measurement standard. The studys findings denote that adopting QRIS as a non-cash payment instrument in the Rengat community (millennial generation) is quite high. This is supported by the data collecting findings acquired from the data analysis procedure, where the value of each indicator is 84.12%, indicating a very high degree of effectiveness based on the effectiveness assessment criteria.
