Abstract

This study aims to explain the strategies of madrasah principals in managing conflicts between teachers and students in the madrasah environment. Conflict between teachers and students is a normal thing and often occurs due to differences in communication and expectations. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. with the formulation of the problem what are the strategies of madrasah principals in managing internal conflicts and what forms of conflict occur between teachers and students. The subjects of this study were the madrasah principal, the vice principal of student affairs, students, and several subject teachers. The results of the study show that the madrasah principal applies several strategies in managing conflicts, including an open communication approach, mediation between disputing parties, instilling the values ​​of discipline and empathy, and continuous coaching. These strategies have proven effective in creating a conducive madrasah learning atmosphere and strengthening relationships between madrasah residents. This study concludes that the madrasah principal's strategy in resolving existing conflicts is through collaboration, accommodation, and compromise methods. By identifying problems, gathering the parties involved and solving existing problems through mutual deliberation. So that it produces a solution for all parties.

Abstract

Implementing internal strategies management involves effort in transforming objective strategies into the action that is organizing school programs. However, something strategic is not implemented with Good Of course just No will be meaningful in environmental organization education. The researcher aims to analyze condition objectives and obstacles faced head school in the implementation management strategy head Janapria 1 Middle School. Study with approach qualitative. Data mining was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The study taking place over six months involves the Head of Schools, the Deputy Head of Curriculum, the Deputy Head of Student Affairs, the Deputy Head of Public Relations, the Deputy Head of Infrastructure, and Teachers. Studies show that condition objective implementation management implemented strategy head school held start planning, organizing, implementing and supervising in the field curriculum, student affairs, infrastructure, public relations, and teachers. The problem is the indiscipline of power educators and education, miscommunication, and misinformation between teachers, and lack of Power support like infrastructure, facilities, and budget schools. The strategy implemented in managing a school is in the field curriculum, implement curriculum latest, in the field student affairs, prioritizing coaching students as well as channeling talents and interests students, in the field means infrastructure, develop fulfillment facilities, facilities, and infrastructure in accordance needs, in the field connection community, outreach, and publication school held through majlis taklim, improve teacher competence and professionalism.

Abstract

The world of education has a fairly large important role in developing people's lives towards a better future. This study aims to determine how much influence the application of the SQ3R learning model (Survey, Question, Read, Recite and Review) has on Improving Student Learning Outcomes in Economics Class XI MA DA Jerowaru. The SQ3R learning model is a strategy for reading texts containing written lesson materials to be read, either in the form of textbooks or other books related to the subject. Student learning outcomes are students' abilities after receiving their learning experiences. This study is a classroom action research (CAR) using the SQ3R learning model involving 30 students in class XI MA DA Jerowaru, in this study consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. In cycle I, the number of students who completed was 20 people with a classical completion percentage of 66.67% which is still categorized as low. And in cycle II, the number of students who completed was 26 people with a classical completion percentage of 86.67%. This result has exceeded the classical completeness standard that has been determined, which is 85%. Likewise with the results of observations of student learning activities, in cycle I it was obtained that 0% of students were categorized as very active, 70% of students were categorized as active and 30% of students were categorized as quite active, while in cycle II it was recorded that 7% of students were categorized as very active, 83% of students were categorized as active and 10% of students were categorized as quite active. Based on the research data, it can be concluded that the application of the SQ3R (Survey, Question, Read, Recite and Review) learning model plays a role in student learning outcomes, in an effort to improve the quality of education.
