ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan motivasi sebagai variabel moderasi di Dinas Pertanian, Hortikultura, dan Perkebunan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan total 110 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial 1) gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Pertanian, Hortikultura, dan Perkebunan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hubungan pengaruh tidak langsung, motivasi karyawan memainkan peran penting sebagai variabel moderasi yang memperkuat hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Pertanian, Hortikultura, dan Perkebunan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Kata kunci: Budaya organisasi; disiplin kerja; gaya kepemimpinan; motivasi kinerja ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance, with motivation as a moderating variable at the Department of Agriculture, Horticulture, and Plantations of South Sulawesi Province. The research method used a quantitative approach with a total of 110 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS. The results indicate that partially, 1) leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Department of Agriculture, Horticulture, and Plantations of South Sulawesi Province. Indirectly, employee motivation plays a significant role as a moderating variable, strengthening the relationship between leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance at the Department of Agriculture, Horticulture, and Plantations of South Sulawesi Province.
