Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi ekonomi, literasi digital, dan kemampuan kewirausahaan kreatif generasi muda di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 2 Januari 2026 di Aula Kampus Politeknik Murakata, Barabai Timur, dengan metode ceramah interaktif kepada 14 peserta pemuda dan pemudi. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesiapan berwirausaha. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman peserta terkait pengelolaan keuangan, strategi bisnis kreatif, pemanfaatan potensi lokal, dan literasi digital. Kegiatan ini juga membangun motivasi, kesadaran inovasi, dan kemampuan kolaborasi peserta dalam menjalankan usaha kreatif. Pengabdian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan edukatif yang kontekstual dan partisipatif dalam membekali generasi muda untuk menghadapi tantangan ekonomi kreatif. Rekomendasi diarahkan pada pengembangan metode praktik langsung dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk mendukung literasi kewirausahaan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh ekspor barang dan jasa terhadap kinerja ekonomi daerah dengan konsumsi pemerintah sebagai variabel moderasi pada provinsi-provinsi di Pulau Kalimantan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data panel sekunder tahun 2020–2024 pada lima provinsi (25 observasi) yang bersumber dari BPS, meliputi PDRB ADHK, ekspor barang dan jasa, serta konsumsi pemerintah. Analisis dilakukan dengan PLS-SEM melalui bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ekonomi daerah dan konsumsi pemerintah, serta konsumsi pemerintah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ekonomi. Konsumsi pemerintah juga terbukti memoderasi secara signifikan pengaruh ekspor terhadap kinerja ekonomi daerah, sehingga dampak ekspor menjadi lebih kuat ketika didukung belanja/konsumsi pemerintah yang efektif. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya integrasi kebijakan peningkatan ekspor dengan kebijakan belanja pemerintah yang produktif untuk mendorong kinerja ekonomi daerah yang berkelanjutan di Pulau Kalimantan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of regional expenditure and audit findings on the financial performance of local governments in South Kalimantan Province, with the follow-up of Audit Board (BPK) recommendations as a mediating variable. The phenomenon indicates that increased budget allocations have not been fully accompanied by strengthened financial management quality, as evidenced by persistent material audit findings and low follow-up completion rates, which remain below 90%. The research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data sourced from the Audit Result Reports and Local Government Financial Statements of all regencies and cities in South Kalimantan for the period [Insert Years]. Data analysis was performed using PLS-SEM. The results demonstrate that regional expenditure has a positive effect on financial performance but does not significantly influence the follow-up of BPK recommendations. Audit findings are proven to have a negative impact on financial performance but do not significantly affect the follow-up of recommendations. Furthermore, the follow-up of BPK recommendations was found to have no significant effect on financial performance and failed to function as a mediating variable in this research model. This indicates a gap between formal administrative compliance and substantial improvements in governance quality. This study provides an empirical contribution to public sector accounting literature regarding the complex relationship between audit and fiscal dynamics at the regional level. Local governments are advised to strengthen bureaucratic capacity and internal oversight functions to ensure that the follow-up of audit results serves not merely as a regulatory formality but as a strategic driver for sustainable financial performance system.

Abstract

This study examines the role of digitalization and higher education in trade performance in Southeast Asia by considering private sector financing as a mediating variable. The analysis is motivated by the growing importance of digital transformation and human capital quality as key determinants of trade performance in the context of global economic dynamics, as well as the role of financial systems in supporting real sector activities. The study adopts an explanatory quantitative approach using panel data from six Southeast Asian countries Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Singapore covering the period 2015–2024, sourced from the World Bank. Data analysis is conducted using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with a bootstrapping procedure to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results indicate that digitalization plays a significant role in enhancing trade performance and is also significantly associated with private sector financing. Higher education is found to play a significant role in trade performance, but it does not show a significant relationship with private sector financing. Furthermore, private sector financing does not exhibit a significant role in trade performance and does not function as a mediating variable in the relationships between digitalization and trade performance, nor between higher education and trade performance. These findings suggest that the contributions of digitalization and higher education to trade performance in Southeast Asia tend to be direct, while the role of private sector financing as a transmission mechanism remains structurally constrained.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the determinants of employee performance through a literature review approach by integrating competence, work engagement, organizational commitment, and self-efficacy. This research employs a qualitative method using a literature review of 13 relevant journal articles selected based on their relevance to the research variables. Data were collected through documentation techniques and analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis by comparing, classifying, and synthesizing findings from previous studies. The results indicate that competence, work engagement, organizational commitment, and self-efficacy are key factors influencing employee performance. Competence has a direct effect on performance and also contributes to the development of self-efficacy and work engagement. Work engagement consistently shows a positive impact on performance, while organizational commitment emerges as the most stable variable, acting both as a direct determinant and as a mediator. However, the influence of self-efficacy shows inconsistent results, as it may affect performance either directly or indirectly through mediating variables such as organizational commitment or organizational citizenship behavior. This study highlights the need for a more integrated model to better understand the complex relationships among these variables. The findings are expected to contribute theoretically to the development of employee performance models and provide practical implications for organizations in improving human resource performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee performance from the perspectives of work environment and work-life balance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable through a literature review approach. The study is based on ten empirical articles obtained from open-access scientific journals, which were selected based on their relevance to the research variables. Data were analyzed using a descriptive method to identify patterns of relationships and inconsistencies among previous studies. The findings indicate that work-life balance consistently has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, which in turn contributes to improved employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment generally influences job satisfaction positively, but its direct effect on employee performance shows inconsistent results. Job satisfaction plays a mediating role, although its effect is not always significant across studies. These findings suggest that employee performance is influenced by a complex interaction of organizational and psychological factors, and organizations are encouraged to enhance both work-life balance and a supportive work environment to improve job satisfaction and performance

Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, sehat, dan produktif, khususnya pada sektor industri yang memiliki tingkat risiko kerja tinggi. Tingginya angka kecelakaan kerja menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan terhadap prosedur K3 masih menjadi tantangan dalam implementasi keselamatan kerja di berbagai organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) melalui pendekatan tinjauan literatur. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode literature review terhadap 11 artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif melalui proses identifikasi, pengelompokan, perbandingan, dan sintesis hasil penelitian terdahulu. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan K3 dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor organisasi dan perilaku kerja, seperti kepemimpinan transformasional, pengawasan, budaya keselamatan, pelatihan, lingkungan kerja, dan partisipasi pekerja. Kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan partisipatif terbukti mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan komitmen pekerja terhadap keselamatan kerja, sementara pengawasan dan pelatihan berperan dalam memastikan implementasi prosedur keselamatan berjalan secara konsisten. Selain itu, budaya keselamatan yang kuat menjadi fondasi penting dalam membangun perilaku kerja aman dan meningkatkan efektivitas penerapan K3. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepatuhan K3 tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh aspek teknis keselamatan, tetapi juga oleh kualitas manajemen organisasi dan perilaku individu di lingkungan kerja. Oleh karena itu, organisasi perlu membangun sistem keselamatan kerja yang lebih komprehensif melalui penguatan budaya keselamatan, kepemimpinan, pengawasan, dan pelatihan berkelanjutan.
