PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN PENERAPAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI PADA RUMAH SAKIT IBU KARTINI KISARAN

Abstract

Abstract: Work Motivation Variable (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity (Y) at the Ibu Kartini Kisaran Hospital. Based on the F-Test obtained Fbitung Ftable (104,735 > 3,16) with a smaller significant value and alpha (0,000 < 0,05). Based on the t-test, it was found that the Work Motivation and Work Discipline variables partially had a significant effect on Work Productivity at the Ibu Kartini Kisaran Hospital. Work Motivation has an effect on Work Productivity, it can be seen from the value of tcount (9,076) > ttable (1,67203) so that, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, with significant value smaller than 0,05 which is 0,000 and Work Discipline Influences Work Productivity that is seen from the value of tcount (2,074) > ttable (1,67203) so that, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, with a significantly smaller value and 0,05 that is 0,043. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2), that is, adjusted R square value of 0.779 means that 77.9% of Work Productivity (Y) in the Kartini Kisaran Hospital is affected by Work Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) and the remaining 22.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Productivity Abstrak: Variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) secara bersama-sarna berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktifitas Kerja (Y) pada Rumah Sakit Ibu Kartini Kisaran. Berdasarkan Uji-F diperoleh Fbitung Ftabet (104,735 > 3,16) dengan nilai signifikan yang lebih kecil dan alpha (0,000 < 0,05). Berdasarkan Uji-t diperoleh variabel Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Pada Rumah Sakit Ibu Kartini Kisaran. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktifitas Kerja yaitu terlihat dari nilai thitung (9,076) > ttabel (1,67203) sehingga dengan demikian, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, dengan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000 dan Disiplin Kerja Berpengaruh terhadap Produktifitas Kerja yaitu terlihat dari nilai thitung (2,074) > ttabel (1,67203) sehingga dengan demikian, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, dengan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dan 0,05 yaitu 0,043. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) yaitu nilai Adjusted R square 0,779 artinya bahwa sebesar 77,9% Produktifitas Kerja (Y) pada Rumah Sakit Ibu Kartini Kisaran dipengaruh oleh variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) dan sisanya 22,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.
