MODEL PELATIHAN TUTOR PENDIDIKAN KEAKSARAAN DI SKB PATI

Abstract

Salah satu tenaga pendidik yang patut diperhatikan agar menjadi pendidik yang memiliki kulialifikasi profesional adalah “tutor” jenis tenaga pendidik ini terkadang luput dari perhatian kita terutama bahwa istilah tutor ini hanya banyak dikenal pada lingkungan pendidikan non formal. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) bagaimana model pelatihan tutor pendidikan keaksaraan di SKB Pati, (2) bagaimana keefektifan model pelatihan tutor pendidikan keaksaraan menurut tutor dan (3) apa saja manfaat model pelatihan tutor keaksaraan bagi tutor. Penelitian dilakukan di SKB Pati dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1 orang penyelenggara, 2 orang fasilitator dan 2 orang warga belajar. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode triangulasi. Teknik analisis data melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model pelatihan tutor pendidikan di SKB Pati menggunakan 4 tahapan pelaksanaan. Tahapan tersebut meliputi (1) Persiapan, (2) Pelaksanaan Pelatihan, (3) Evaluasi dan (4) tindak lanjut.One of the educators should be noted that a professional educator who has kulialifikasi is a "tutor" the kind of teachers we sometimes go unnoticed, especially that the term tutor is only known to a lot of non-formal environmental education. Issues that were examined in this study were (1) how to model literacy tutor training in SKB Pati, (2) how the effectiveness of the literacy tutor training model by tutors and (3) what are the benefits of literacy tutor training model for tutors. The study was conducted in SKB Pati with a qualitative approach. Informants in this study were 1 organizer, 2 facilitators and 2 learners. Data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. Validity of the data used by the triangulation method. Techniques of data analysis phase through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed tutor training model of education in SKB Pati using 4 stages of implementation. The stages include (1) preparation, (2) Implementation of Training, (3) evaluation and (4) follow-up.
