FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA CV. OMCO JAYA PADANGSIDIMPUAN

Abstract

Abstrak,Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat disiplin kerja karyawan pada CV. Omco Jaya Padangsidimpuan yang merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan dan rendahnya disiplin kerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh hubungan kemanusiaan, tela dan pimpinan dan balas jasa/gaji. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh hubungan kemanusiaan, teladan pimpinan dan balas jasa/gaji terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada CV. Omco Jaya Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian in merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 36 responden. Teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan random sampling. Hasil penelitian diperoleh R Square sebesar 0,615 atau 61,5% menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kemanusiaan, teladan pimpinan dan balas jasa mempengaruhi disiplin kerja karyawan sebesar 61,5%, dan sisahnya 38,5% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam variabel X. Hubungan kemanusiaan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja yang dibuktikan oleh rhitungrtabel (2,2162,036), teladan pimpinan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja dengan rhitungrtabel (2,5482,036), balas jasa/gaji berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja dengan rhitungrtabel (2,1482,036). Berdasarkan hasil Uji simultan (uji F) diperoleh nilai FhitungFtabel (19,617 2,26) dengan df 32, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan kemanusiaan, teladan pimpinan dan balas jasa/gaji berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin, Karyawan, Organisasi Abstract,This research is motivated by the low level of employee discipline on the CV. Omco Jaya Padangsidimpuan which is one of the keys to the success of an organization or company and the low work discipline of employees can be influenced by humanitarian relations, tela and leadership and reward / salary. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence humanitarian relations, leadership models and remuneration / salaries for employee work discipline on CV. Omco Jaya Padangsidimpuan. This research is quantitative research. The samples used in this study were 36 respondents. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The results obtained by R Square of 0.615 or 61.5% showed that humanitarian relations, leadership models and remuneration affect employee work discipline by 61.5%, and the remaining 38.5% influenced by other factors not included in variable X. Human relations effect on work discipline as evidenced by ritung rtable (2,216 2,036), exemplary leadership influences work discipline with r count rtable (2,548 2,036), remuneration / salary affect work discipline with r count r table (2,148 2,036). Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F test) obtained the value of Fcount Ftable (19,617 2.26) with df 32, it can be concluded that humanitarian relations, leadership models and remuneration / salary influence simultaneously on employee work discipline. Keywords: Discipline, Employee, Organization
