<![CDATA[AbstractElectronic Health Record (E H R) is a patient’s health records are created using electronic media. Means that service providers such as doctors, nurses and other health workers are no longer recorded on paper media but have been using computers and recorded in health record systems that are part of the “E Health”. RSUD Kota Tangerang is a hospital that was heading for E-Health, which since beginning of the Hospital no longer paper-based, but has implemented electronic data collection, but at the beginning of January 2015 made two versions of either electronically or manually( recorded on paper). The purpose of this research is to know the role and knowledge of physicians with the availability of high quality Electronic Health Record in this hospital . The type of research is observational analytic with cross sectional study design, quantitative research that is associative, aims to determine the effect or also the relationship between two or more variables. Target population of this study was a doctor in this hospital. While the sample of this research is all the population that met the inclusion criteria that all doctors who are given the authority did the process of hospital administration using e-health in this Hospital. Results of the test of normality that the data are not normally distributed ordinal and then use Spearman correlation test to examine the relationship between the role and knowledge of physicians with the availability of Electronic Health Records . The result showed that 23.43% based on the role doctors have influence the availability of a complete EHR and 45.7% Physician knowledge, have a significant effect on the availability of RKE. Physicians who have more capabilities can be used as “Champion” so it can be a role model or assist colleagues when experiencing difficulties in the implementation of the EHR. Knowledge doctors need to be improved both CD literature, demonstration or from the website. RSUD Kota Tangerang adalah rumah sakit yang sedang menuju E-Health, yang sejak awal Rumah Sakit berbasis kertas tidak lagi, tapi telah menerapkan pengumpulan data elektronik, tetapi pada awal Januari 2015 yang dibuat dua versi baik secara elektronik maupun manual (dicatat di atas kertas). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran dan pengetahuan dokter dengan ketersediaan kualitas tinggi Rekam Kesehatan Elektronik di rumah sakit ini. Jenis penelitian adalah analitik observasional dengan desain studi cross sectional, penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif, bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atau juga hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi target penelitian ini adalah seorang dokter di rumah sakit ini. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi bahwa semua dokter yang diberi kewenangan melakukan proses administrasi rumah sakit menggunakan e-kesehatan di Rumah Sakit ini. Hasil uji normalitas bahwa data tidak terdistribusi normal ordinal dan kemudian menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman untuk menguji hubungan antara peran dan pengetahuan dokter dengan ketersediaan Elektronik Kesehatan Records. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 23,43% berdasarkan dokter peran memiliki mempengaruhi ketersediaan EHR dan 45,7% pengetahuan Dokter lengkap, memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada ketersediaan RKE. Dokter yang memiliki kemampuan lebih dapat digunakan sebagai “Champion” sehingga dapat menjadi panutan atau membantu rekan ketika mengalami kesulitan dalam pelaksanaan EHR.Dokter pengetahuan perlu ditingkatkan baik CD sastra, demonstrasi atau dari website.
