<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover Ratio (TATO), and Earning Per Share (EPS) on Share Price of Transportation Companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from the year 2011-2016 which amounted to 33 companies in Indonesia. The research data was obtained from the annual financial report for the period 2011-2016. Based on purposive sampling method, the sample obtained included 15 companies. The hypothesis in this Research was tested using multiple regression analysis. The result of this research showed that Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), and Total Asset Turnover Ratio (TATO) have significant negative influence, Earning Per Share (EPS) has significant positive effect, while Net Profit Margin (NPM) have no significant influence on stock price. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Total Aset Turnover Ratio (TATO), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Transport Listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2011-2016yang berjumlah33 perusahaan di Indonesia. Data penelitian diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan periode 2011-2016. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 15 perusahaan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diuji menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Total Aset Turnover Ratio (TATO) berpengaruh signifikan negatif dan Earning Per Share (EPS) signifikan positif, sedangkan NetProfit Margin (NPM) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham.]]>
