<![CDATA[The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of human resources planning and job discipline on employee’s performance. The populations number determined in this research are 30 respondents, as independent variables are human resources planning and job discipline while it’s dependent variable is employee’s performance. The results of the analysis using multiple linier regression are the human resources planning and job discipline variable are positively influenced to employee’s performance. The result of the coefficient of determination could be known that variation of employee’s performance be explained by human resources planning and job discipline as 17,2 percent while the rest 82,8 percent by the other factors outside the model. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perencanaan SDM dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jumlah populasi yang ditetapkan sebanyak 30 responden, sebagai variabel independen, yaitu perencanaan SDM dan disiplin kerja sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan. Hasil analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dapat diketahui bahwa variabel perencanaan SDM dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil analisis menggunakan koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa variasi kinerja karyawan dijelaskan oleh perencanaan SDM dan disiplin kerja sebesar 17,2 persen, sedangkan sisanya 82,8 persen dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model ini.]]>
