Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Regional Water Company Office of Kendari City. The population in this study were all 128 employees. Sampling in this study uses the Taro Yamane formula so that the overall sample is 56 people. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis.The results of the analysis show that organizational culture influences the performance of employees of Kendari City Water Supply Company Office, which is indicated by the magnitude of the determination coefficient or R Square value (R2) of 0.570 indicating that the contribution of variable organizational culture to the performance of employees in Kendari Regional Water Company is 57 %. Thus the hypothesis proposed in this study is acceptable.
