The result of the research are: 1) Locus of control have positive influence and significant to official employee performance; 2) Organization commitment have positive influence and significant to official employee performance; 3) Locus of control have positive influence and significant to job satisfaction; 4) Organization commitment have positive influence and significant to job satisfaction; 5) Job satisfaction have positive influence and significant to official employee performance; 6) Locus of control have positive indirect influence and not significant to official employee performance by means of job satisfaction; 7) Organization commitment have positive indirect influence and significant to official employee performance by means of job satisfaction.]]>
