<![CDATA[LGBT (or GLBT) is an acronym that stands for "lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender". This term is used since the 1990's and replacing the phrase "gay communityâ€. The existence of LGBT community has made its own group in the midst of society.The phenomenon of same-sex marriage returns to the surface sticking lately along with the strengthening of the flow of information, openness, freedom and the issue of human rights. If in the first, the same-sex marriage was done in secret and seemed shy, now it is no longer a taboo and strange subject, in addition some countries in the world have legalized same-sex marriage in the name of freedom and human rights that must be upheld.Islam has its own legal records on the LGBT, comprehensive explanations can be found in the texts of the Qur'an and Sunnah. This paper, at least, will uncover the laws concerning LGBT itself.]]>
