This objectives of this research are to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously between leadership contingency and organizational climate on employee performance in the Office Employment BPJS Tasikmalaya. The population in this study were all employees in the Office of Employment BPJS Tasimalaya as many as 102 people. Data analysis technique using path analysis. The results showed that the leadership contingency and organizational climate effect the performance of the employee in the Office of the employment BPJS Tasikmalaya City for 0,518 or 51,8%. Employment is expected BPJS office has a leader who is really smart in managing strategy and be able to see the situation can improve the performance of their employees by way of selecting and fit and proper test for perspective leaders.Keywords:leadership contingency; organizational climate; employee perfomance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan secara simultan antara kepemimpinan situasional dan iklim organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan di Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tasikmalaya. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tasikmalaya yaitu sebanyak 102 orang. Teknik Analisa data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan situasional dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan di Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tasikmalaya sebesar 0,518 atau 51,8%. Diharapkan Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan mempunyai pemimpin yang benar-benar cerdas dalam mengatur strategi serta mampu melihat situasi yang dapat dikendalikan dengan baik.
