This study examines and analyzes the influence of Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kota Semarang. Testing the data used in this study include validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, f test and t test. The data testing results show valid and reliable results. The results of the analysis and discussion show that: (1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
