Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance Department of Marine and Fisheries Semarang City. The population in this study is the total number of employees amounted to 55 respondents. The data used are primary data, that is data obtained directly from the source. The technique used for primary data collection is done by means of questionnaires to the respondents. The test of determination (R²) indicate that employee performance can be explained by Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment of 85%, while the remaining is influenced by other variables outside of research. The f test indicate that Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment jointly significant effect on employee performance. The t test indicate that leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Workplace Environment and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance, to analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance, to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance Object of study in this paper is Semarang District Department of Public Works. This research uses purposive sampling method, taking 75 respondents with a significance level of 5%, the data used primary data, data analysis using quantitative and qualitative analysis that includes test validity, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, t test,F testand the coefficient of determination. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dana pihak ketiga (DPK), Capital Adequasi Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Biaya Operasional dibanding Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO),Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) terhadap Return on Aset (ROA). Data yang digunakan data sekunder dari Bank Indonesia meliputi Indikator Perbankan Nasional, Statistik Perbankan Indonesia, Statistik EkonomiMoneter Indonesia, Laporan Pengawasan Perbankan. Hasil Uji Statistikc independent sample t-tes menunjukkan pengujian hipotesis pengaruh DPK terhadap ROA dapat disimpulkan secara parsial variabelDPK berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel ROA. Pengujian hipotesis pengaruh CAR terhadap ROA dapat disimpulkan secara parsial variabel CAR berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadapvariabel ROA. Pengujian hipotesis mengenai pengaruh NPL terhadap ROA dapat disimpulkan secara parsial variabel NPL berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap variabel ROA. Pengujian hipotesis mengenai pengaruh BOPO terhadap ROA dapat disimpulkan secara parsial variabel BOPO berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap variabel ROA. Pengujian hipotesis mengenai pengaruh LDR terhadap ROA dapat disimpulkan secara parsial variabel LDR berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap variabel ROA. Hasil adjusted R2 sebesar 0,53 hal ini berarti bahwa 53% variasi ROA dapat dijelaskan oleh variasidari kelima variabel independen DPK, CAR, NPL, BOPO dan LDR. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 47% dijelaskan oleh sebab - sebab lain diluar model.Kata Kunci: ROA, DPK, CAR, NPL, BOPO dan LDR.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan kapasitas ketrampilan, penyaluran modal pinjaman dan kolektabilitas pinjaman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota kelompok usaha bersama binaanProgram Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri di Kecamatan Gemuh Kendal. Pengumpulan data primer penelitian dengan berkunjung ke responden, agar tingkat pengisian kuesioner dapat dipastikan betul dan jugapeneliti dapat menjelaskan kepada responden bila menemui persoalan yang kurang jelas dalam pengisian kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan metode deskriptif, menghitung data-data yang berbentuk kuantitatif dandinyatakan secara kualitatif guna menginterprestasikan hasil data perhitungan, dan melengkapi gambaran yang diperoleh dari analisis data kualitatif untuk memecahkan masalah yang diteliti yang akhirnya akan menarikkesimpulan dari pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kapasitas ketrampilan (pelatihan) yang dilakukan dapat menigkatkan kompetensi sehingga memudahkan dalam melakukan pekerjaan,penyaluran modal pinjaman sangat bermanfaat untuk peningkatan volume usahanya dan meningkatkan pendapatan serta tingkat kolektabilitas pinjaman sebagain besar membayar pinjamannya tepat pada waktunya. Oleh karenanyahasil penelitian ini berharap bisa memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah baik pusat maupun daerah, fasilitator PNPM Mandiri, Unit Pengelola Kegiatan untuk menyadari pentingnya pemberdayaan ekonomi melaluipeningkatan kapasitas ketrampilan dan penambahan permodalan untuk menumbuhkan berwirausaha guna menopang perekonomian.Kata Kunci : pelatihan, modal pinjaman dan kolektabilitas.

Abstract

A thesis research was intended to analyze the influence of leadership on the performance employees of Bank Muamalat Semarang and analyze the influence of work motivation on the performance employees of Bank Muamalat Semarang. The population used in this research is employees of Bank Muamalat Semarang. Sample of research is a total 68 people.  The data used in this research is primary data obtained from the result of the questionnaires distributed and secondary data obtained through the intermediary. The results analysis and discussion can be summed up as follows : leadership influential variables positive and significant on the performance employees of Bank Muamalat Semarang. It means Bank Muamalat Semarang leader have received a response either by employees in terms of his duties as chairman and granting a boost for progress employees. Variable working motivation influential positive and significant on the performance employess of Bank Muamalat Semarang. It means working motivation employees of Bank Muamalat Semarang response better if all it takes employees can be met by the company. Keywords : Leadership, work motivation, performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of work discipline, job statisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance in PT. Telkom Regional IV Jawa Tengah and Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.This study use three independent variable, namely work discipline, job statisfaction and organizational commitment, with the dependent variable is the performance of employees. The data in this study were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 110 employees in PT. Telkom Regional IV Jawa Tengah and Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Based on the research that has been done shows that work discipline, job statisfaction and organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Keywork discipline, job statisfaction, organizational commitment, employee performance

Abstract

The population in this study is the total number of employees amounted to 120 respondents. The data used are primary data, that is data obtained directly from the source. The technique used for primary data collection is done by means of questionnaires to the respondents. The test of determination (R²) indicate that employee performance can be explained by Motivation, Leadership and Work Environment of 57,7%, while the remaining is influenced by other variables outside of research. The f test indicate that Motivation, Leadership and Work Environment jointly significant effect on employee performance. The t test indicate that Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Keywords: Motivation, Leadership, Workplace Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the efforts of woman empowerment in order to raise poor family income.Model of poor woman in based of formation groups of house wifes as batik crafts woman using cantingelectric formulates some points such as : increasing the profile of poor woman activity, the active role ofwoman ini empowerment which can increase poor family income, the earnings of batik crafts woman, thework time of batik crafts women, the effectiveness of using electric canting, success formation of craftswoman groups. To get the research model, method descriptive qualitative analysis are used. The resulthoped is model of district empowerment woman known at Gunung Pati Semarang, the are Jatirejo, Siwarakand Gunung Pati. Based on descriptive of qualitative analysis. The results of this research are 67,35 percentgain big profit after they became the member of batik crafts woman group. The strengths that poor womanhave are availability of time empowerment, also the their persistence to work to get more income.Participation approach is way to empower poor woman. This approach is able to invite housewives toparticipate in increasing self quality. Beside that, this approach is flexible way because there is no standardprocedure. However, it is more adapted with the condition, potential and distribution from poor woman inthat village.Keyword : woman empowerment, poor the household income, source utilization poor household batik craftswoman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Pengaruh Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Pengaruh Biaya Operasional Terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Financing to Deposit Ratio(FDR) terhadap Return On Assets (ROA). (Studi Kasus Bank Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia Periode Tahun 2012-2017). Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan /Bank Indonesia meliputi Indikator Perbankan Syariah Nasional, Statistik Perbankan Syariah Indonesia, booklet perbankan. Hasil Uji Statistikc independent sample t-tes menunjukkan pengujian hipotesis DPK postif signifkan, CAR negatif signifikan, NPF negative tidak signifikan, BOPO negative signifikan, NPF positif signifikan terhadap ROA.
