<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine 1) the right type of packing to keep the quality of the poor cuimie, 2) long time saving to keep the quality of the poor cuimie. This study used nesting design calculation consisting of 2 factors: packaging type consist of 0.03 mm polypropylene packaging, poplipropylene 0,08 mm, polypropylene 0,10 mm, and alumunium foil packaging. The results showed that the best packaging used to pack the wet noodles as a cuimie product is the type of aluminum foil packaging. Long save best to maintain the quality of wet noodles as cuimie product that is 3 days. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) jenis kemasan yang tepat untuk menjaga kualitas cuimie malang, 2) lama simpan yang tepat untuk menjaga kualitas cuimie malang. Penelitian ini mengunakan perhitungan rancangan tersarang yang terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu jenis kemasan terdiri dari kemasan polipropilen 0,03 mm, poplipropilen 0,08 mm, polipropilen 0,10 mm, dan kemasan alumunium foil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemasan yang paling baik digunakan untuk mengemas mie basah sebagai bahan produk cuimie adalah jenis kemasan alumunium foil. Lama simpan paling baik untuk menjaga kualitas mie basah sebagai produk cuimie yaitu 3 hari.]]>
