This study aims to know (1) utilization of dormitoryfacilities, (2) learning achievement and (3) correlation ofutilization of dormitory facility with learning achievement.This was ex post facto research. The sample used TableNomogram Hary King with error level 5%. Data collectionused questionnaires and documentation. Product Momentcorrelation was for validity test and Alpha Cronbach forreliability test. Data analysis technique used descriptiveanalysis and hypothesis test with Product Moment precededby normality and linearity test.The results showed: (1) dormitory facilities was in highcategory, (2) learning achievement was in high category, and(3) there was correlation of utilization of dormitory facilitywith learning achievement with coefficient value 0,694>0,222 for significant level 5%. This result is also supportedwith determinant coefficient value (R²) was 0,482, itmeans that contribution of dormitory facility to learningachievement is 48,2% and while 51,8% is influenced byother factor.
