ANALISIS KUALITAS VIDEO STREAMING PADA JARINGAN 4G DENGAN METODE DRIVE TEST

Video streaming merupakan salah satu layanan yang banyak digunakan untuk saat ini. Video streaming adalah jenis streaming media di mana data dari file video secara terus-menerus dikirimkan melalui internet ke pengguna. Dalam layanan video streaming, semakin besar bandwidth yang tersedia, semakin baik kualitas video yang ditampilkan. Karena membutuhkan bandwidth yang cukup tinggi menyebabkan beban jaringan bertambah sehingga menyebabkan layanan yang diberikan tidak berjalan dengan baik. Layanan yang tidak berjalan dengan baik biasanya disebabkan oleh nilai throughput yang kecil. Untuk mengetahui nilai throughput secara riil dapat dilakukan pengukuran langsung dengan metode drive test. Drive test dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Nemo Handy. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran nilai throughput dan KPI pada wilayah Universitas Brawijaya. Dari hasil yang didapatkan nilai rata-rata throughput di Universitas Brawijaya sudah cukup baik. Nilai RSRP, RSRQ, dan SINR yang tidak signifikan bagus, tidak berpengaruh besar terhadap nilai throughput Kata Kunci: 4G LTE, Video Streaming, Throughput, Key Performance Indicator (KPI)   ABSTRACT Video streaming is one of the services that is widely used today. Video streaming is a type of streaming media where data from video files is continuously sent via the internet to users. In video streaming services, the more bandwidth available, the better the quality of the video displayed. Because it requires a high enough bandwidth to cause the network load increases so that the services provided do not run well. Services that don't work well are usually caused by a small throughput value. To find out the real throughput value, direct measurements can be made using the drive test method. The drive test can be done using the Nemo Handy application. In this study, measurements of the throughput and KPI values in the Brawijaya University were measured. From the results obtained the average throughput value in Universitas Brawijaya is quite good. The RSRP, RSRQ, and SINR values that are not significant good, not having a large impact on the throughput value. Keywords: 4G LTE, Video Streaming, Throughput, Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
