<![CDATA[Tinjauan Yuridis Pasal 4 Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen dan Pasal 28 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik Terkait Penipuan Konsumen Online Shop. Perdagangan yang berbasis online atau disebut dengan Online Shop dianggap sangat potensial dalam menunjang ekonomi karena kemudahan dalam melakukan transaksi, pemesanan, dan tidak memerlukan toko sebagai tempat penjualan. Di sisi lain, Online Shop yang menggunakan cara transaksi elektronik memungkinkan lahirnya kecurangan-kecurangan seperti penipuan. Untuk itu dilakukan kajian dan analisis hak konsumen sesuai dengan pasal 4 Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen terkait dengan Pasal 28 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Transaksi Elektronik.
