Principals should really establish active communication and at any time conduct an evaluation of the teaching task that has been done by the teacher. This can be reflected in the view of the pattern of the leadership shown by the principal to partners. Implementation of the teachers in this study, it was found a positive influence on the creation of teacher motivation in learning activities, It is characterized by a significant increase in each cycle, the first cycle of 37.5% and the second cycle increased to 81,25%.
