Community service activities aim to provide an understandingof reproductive health to female students of Junior High School 3 Mangki early in an effort toanticipate the occurrence of early marriage, and also they can become peer educators for othergirls who are not covered in this activity. Community service activities are carried out in the formof education/counseling with lecture methods assisted with slides and LCD, and microphones sothat students easily understand the material provided, as well as a method of questioning aboutadolescent reproductive health and the impact of early marriage on psychosocial and healthaspects. Assessment of changes in understanding or knowledge of adolescents regardingreproductive health after obtaining education, tests were conducted before and after education. Theresults showed an increase in the score of knowledge by 31 points significantly, based on thecategory of knowledge who were classified as less (< mean value) also improved, namely adecrease in the percentage of female students who had less knowledge of 6.9%.
