The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and organizational commitment to employee performance UPI convention center Padang.This research was conducted within the UPI convention center Padang population in this study were all employees within the UPI convention center Padang. Samples were 30 people with technique porposional. The type and source of research data consist of primary data obtained from the opinions of the respondents through questionnaire research and secondary data is data obtained from UPI convention center Padang Data analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis of the research is multiple linear regression analysis using the program SPSS version 17.0. The study found bahwa1) compensation positive effect but not significant to employees performance UPI convention Center Padang, 2) Discipline working positive and significant effect on employee performance UPI convention center Padang, 3) Organizational Commitment positive effect but not significant to employees performance UPI convention center Padang 4) variable compensation, work discipline and organizational commitment simultaneously significant effect on employee performance UPI convention center Champaign donation effect of 56.1%, while the remaining 43.9% is influenced by other variables not included in the scope of research thisKeywords: Compensation, Discipline of work, organizational commitment and employee performance
