Abstract

Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) is a business process using electronic technology that connects companies, consumers, and society in the form of electronic transactions and exchange/sale of goods, services, information electronically. E-commerce is divided into several types that have different characteristics, namely Business to Business (B2B), Business to Consumer (B2C), Consumer to Consumer (C2C), Consumer to Business (C2B).
