<![CDATA[Line Cu process flow have buildup of output in some operations because the amount of labor and line balance is not optimal. Existing problems require working observations to make suitable improvement designs. Observations were made by measuring directly using the stopwatch method. Observation results are used to determine the amount of labor and the optimal division of work stations with line balancing method. The improvement that writer propose is changing the number of workers and stations. Number of workers from improvement is 12 people and 6 stations from 7 stations. Reduced number of stations came from combined of 2 stations, which is washing and testing process. The result of writer’s improvement is reduced labor cost for one coil and increased number of outputs.]]>
