<![CDATA[Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa pengaruh efektivitas pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bumi Surabaya City Resort dan faktor manakah yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif kausal dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 62 responden yang merupakan karyawan Bumi Surabaya City Resort yang telah mengikuti pelatihan company culture & company strategy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun demikian, faktor komunikasi pelatih bukanlah faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi efektivitas pelatihan, melainkan faktor materi pelatihan. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas pelatihan, kinerja karyawan Abstract:  This research was aimed to analyze the effect of training effectiveness on employee performance at Bumi Surabaya City Resort. This research used quantitative causal method using questionnaire as a research instrument was distributed to 62 respondents who were the employees of Bumi Surabaya City Resort and already joined the company culture & strategy training. The result showed the training effectiveness had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Nevertheless, the trainer communication was not the most dominant factor impacting on the training effectiveness; in fact the training materials was the most dominant factor.           Keywords:  Effectiveness of Training, Employee Performance.            ]]>
