Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas makanan melalui variabel freshness, presentation, well cooked, dan variety of food terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Yoshinoya Galaxy Mall Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal dan bersifat kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik analisa deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel kualitas makanan secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Sedangkan presentation adalah faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Makanan, Kepuasan KonsumenAbstract : This research was conducted to analyze the influence of food quality through 4 variables which were freshness, presentation, well cooked, and variety of food on customer satisfaction at Yoshinoya Galaxy Mall Surabaya. This type of research is a causal research and quantitative, by using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The result showed that partially and simultaneously 4 variables of food quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. While presentation was the most dominant factor that influence customer satisfaction.Keywords : Food Quality, Customer Satisfaction
