Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini pada Kantor Kecamatan Bantaeng Kabupaten Bantaeng  adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja pegawai, baik pengaruh langsung maupun pengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Tempat penelitian berlokasi pada Kantor Kecamatan Bantaeng Kabupaten Bantaeng. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian yaitu sebanyak 84 orang pegawai. Dalam melakukan pengujian statistik maka menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Kecamatan Bantaeng Kabupaten Bantaeng. Variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Kecamatan Bantaeng Kabupaten Bantaeng. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Bantaeng Kabupaten Bantaeng. Variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Bantaeng Kabupaten Bantaeng. Variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Bantaeng Kabupaten Bantaeng. Pengaruh tidak langsung gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja pegawai di Kecamatan Bantaeng Kabupaten Bantaeng. Pengaruh tidak langsung kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja pegawai di Kecamatan Bantaeng Kabupaten Bantaeng.Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study in Bantaeng District Office, Bantaeng Regency was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and compensation on performance through employee work motivation, both direct impact and indirect influence through work motivation. The type of research used in this study is associative research. The research location is located in Bantaeng District Office, Bantaeng Regency. The sample in this study used a census method in which the entire population was sampled in the survey as many as 84 employees. In conducting statistical testing, it uses path analysis. The results showed that variable leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee motivation in Bantaeng District, Bantaeng Regency. Variable Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation in Bantaeng District, Bantaeng Regency. Variable leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in Bantaeng District, Bantaeng Regency. Variable Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Bantaeng District, Bantaeng Regency. Variable Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Bantaeng District, Bantaeng Regency. An indirect the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on performance through employee work motivation in Bantaeng District, Bantaeng Regency.
