FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI RENCANA PILIHAN ALAT KONTRASEPSI BAGI IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III DI PUSKESMAS TANGKILING, BUKIT BATU, PALANGKA RAYA, KALIMANTAN TENGAH

Pada tahun 2019 target pencapaian pemakaian kontrasepsi Contraseptive Prevalence Rate (CPR) sebanyak 66 %. Jumlah rata-rata 3 bulan terakhir yang menggunakan KB di Puskesmas Tangkiling sebanyak 52,46% (117) peserta KB (suntik dan pil), sedangkan Pasangan Usia Subur yang masih belum menggunakan KB sebanyak 47,35%. Tujuan studi untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rencana pemilihan alat kontrasepsi bagi ibu hamil trimester III. Penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara semiterstruktur. Subyek penelitian adalah ibu hamil trimester III. Penelitian dilakukan 20-21Agustus 2018. Setiap responden dilakukan wawancara 30 menit dan hasilnya di transkip. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan thematic content analiysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, usia, tingkat pendidikan jumlah anak hidup mempengaruhi rencana pilihan alat kotrasepsi. Faktor yang tidak mempengaruhi adalah faktor ekonomi, sehingga alat kontrasepsi sangat diperlukan untuk mencegah terjadinya kehamilan. Pengetahun, usia, tingkat pendidikan dan jumlah anak hidup mempengaruhi ibu hamil trimester III dalam merencanakan pilihan alat kontrasepsi. Diharapkan ibu hamil trimester III untuk menggunakan kontrasepsi baik itu untuk mengatur kelahiran maupun menghentikan kelahiran.Kata kunci : Ibu trimester III, pilihan, alat kontrasepsiIn 2019 the target of achieving Contraceptive Prevalence Rate (CPR) was 66%. Aim of this study is to know the description of the factors affect the choice of contraception plan for the third trimester pregnant women. It was a qualitative research with semi structure interviews. The subject of research was the third trimester pregnant women. The study was conducted August 20-21 2018. Each respondent was interviewed 30 minutes. The results were documented and analyzed with thematic content analiysis. The result of the research shows that knowledge, age, level of education, number of children alive, affect the choice plan of contraceptive, and a factor that does not affect is economy. Knowledge, age , level of education and number of children alive, affect the choice of contraception plan for the third trimester pregnant women. Third trimester pregnant women are suggested to use contraception either to regulate birth or to stop pregnancy.Keywords: The third trimester pregnant women, the choice, contraception.
