<![CDATA[Various policies and programs have been implemented to restore Citarum river, one of them is the Integrated Citarum Water Resources Management Investment Program (ICWRMIP) but in fact every year its condition is increasingly critical. This study aims to evaluate performance appraisal of the implementation of Integrated Citarum Water Resources Management Investment Program (ICWRMIP) based on the concept of Jones (1991: 359) type of policy evaluation: 1.Political Evaluation; .organizational evaluation; 3. Substantive evaluation and concept of Riant Nuguroho (2011: 665) that policy control consists of: 1.Monitoring policy or policy supervision; 2.Evaluation of the policy; 3.Revaluation. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Informant determination technique used with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques by conducting in- depth interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. The results of the research there has not done the control, still in inventory problem to equalize database of existing problem. feedback is still a solution tried by the implementing aggencies who are government organizations. This is also possible happen because there is no reward and punishment reward for human resources who involved in the management of Citarum Water Resources.]]>
