<![CDATA[ABSTRAKLatar Belakang : Parameter kinerja dosen yang baik tentunya mengacu pada pencapaian hasil pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dan dalam melaksanakan tugas tambahan yang dibebankan oleh sebuah Perguruan Tinggi.Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja dosen. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang melibatkan 90 orang dosen Stikes Bali. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kemudian data dianalisis dengan path analysis dalam program statistik Amos for Windows Versi 22. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel beban kerja terhadap kinerja dosen adalah signifikan dengan Nilai CR 3,358 > 2,000 dan probability *** < 0,05. Besarnya persentase beban kerja mempengaruhi kinerja dosen adalah 11,2 % dan sisanya sebesar 88,8% kinerja dosen dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor diluar model penelitian ini. Kesimpulan : Beban kerja merupakan salah satu factor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen.
