Family planning is one of the fundamental pillars of maternal care in developing countries including Indonesia is still a problem, one cause is still high numbers Unmet need. The purpose of this study to determine the factors associated with the incidence Unmet need Family planning. The research used quantitative method. Analysis was done univariat, bivariat and multivariate. The results of this study obtained the proportion of unmet need family planning 61% of the number of women of fertile couples who do not get support from husbands for family planning and women of fertile couples who have parity ≤ 2. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between parity and husband support with unmet event occurrence of family planning. It is recommended that all health workers and related agencies work together to promote the promotion of contraceptive use, counseling and counseling of family planning for women in fertile couples.Â
