AbstrakPenelitian  membahas  Tentang  wewenang  Penyidik Pegawai Negeri Sipil  (PPNS) Kehutanan  dalam  melakukan  penyidikan  pada  Kantor Wilayah  Dinas  Kehutanan TK.I Jambi. Adapun  permasalahan  yang  ingin  di analisis  adala Bagaimana  Prosedur   Pelaksanaan   Penyidikan Yang Dilakukan Oleh Penyidik Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PPNS) Kantor Wilayah Dinas Kehutanan  TK. I Jamb,  dan  Bagaimana  Pula Koordinasi Dalam Melakukan Penyidikan  Antara Penyidik Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PPNS) Kantor Wilayah Dinas Kehutanan TK.I Jambi Dengan Penyidik KepolisianPolresta  Jambi. Hasil  dari  penilitian ini dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa Prosedur     Penyidikan   Yang     Dilakukan   Oleh    Penyidik Pegawai Negeri  Sipil  Kehutanan  TK. I Jambi dengan  Penyidik Polresta  Jambi,  pada prinsipnya  sama  dengan yang dilakukan oleh penyidik Kepolisian Republik Indonesia  yakni  melalui  beberapa tahapan yakni, Tahap  Penyelidikan, Tahap Penyidikan, Penyusunan Berkas  Perkara, Pengajuan Berkas  Perkara. Koordinasi dalam melakukan Penyidikan  antara Penyidik Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PPNS) Kehutanan TK.I Jambi dengan Penyidik Kepolisian Polresta  Jambi dilakukan dalam rangka  memperlancar  proses penyelesaian kasus  di bidang  tindak pidana  kehutanan,  yang ditangani oleh Penyidik Pegawai  Negeri Sipil (PPNS). Bentuk kordinasi yang dilakukan antara  lain meliputi, Hubungan  kerja  di bidang  operasional, Hubungan  kerja  di bidang Pembinaan, Koordinasi Operasional,  Pembagian Petunjuk, Pemberian Bantuan Penyidikan, Pengawasan,  dan Hubungan Kerja  di Bidang Pembinaan.AbstractThe research discusses the authority Investigating civil servant (1988) Forestry in conducting investigation on Forestry Area offices of the kindergarten.
