Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to profoundly examine about: (1) Sundanese speaking teaching materials for non-Sundanese speakers in accordance with the needs of teachers and learners of Sundanese, at Seventh grade of Junior High School (Sekolah Menengah Pertama, SMP) in SMP Negeri 1 Depok, West Java, Indonesia; (2) the design of Sundanese language teaching materials that suit to the needs of teachers and learners by adapting the A1 level of European Common Reference Framework. The result of this paper is the design model of teaching material that reflecting the needs of teachers and learners, including the topic needed in each chapter.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara mendalam tentang: (1) materi ajar Berbicara Bahasa Sunda bagi penutur non-Sunda yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengajar dan pemelajar Bahasa Sunda di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Depok dan (2) rancangan materi ajar Berbicara Bahasa Sunda yang sesuai kebutuhan pengajar dan pemelajar dengan mengadaptasi Kerangka Umum Acuan Eropa level A1. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan komunikatif dengan metode penelitian pengembangan. Hasil penelitian berupa pengunitan model materi ajar Berbicara Bahasa Sunda untuk kelas VII berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan pengajar dan pemelajar di SMPN 1 Depok.
